Changes to Data Protection from 25th May 2018 gives the individual rights over their personal information:
the right of the individual to be informed
the right of access by the individual
the right to rectification
the right to erasure
the right to restrict processing
the right to data portability
the right to object
the right not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling
The Friends of Littleheath Woods (FoLW) may hold personal information about you such as your name, email and / or home address and phone number. We may hold that in electronic and / or hard copy format. We respect your right to privacy. The FoLW will only use your personal information in conjunction with your FoLW membership and in fulfilment of the Constitution of the FoLW. The FoLW will not share, sell or profile your personal data. You will be requested to confirm that the FoLW can hold your personal information.
You may contact the FoLW, at at any time to request copy of your personal information which the FoLW holds or to request the FoLW to delete or amend your personal information from their records. Please note that deletion will mean that we cannot contact you personally.
