FIRE HAZARD (A Seasonal Issue)
In the summer months please be aware of the dangers of having fires or barbeques. Fire can spread very quickly and get out of control. It is then very difficult to put out and will do enormous damage to the woodland and potentially destroy large areas.
Croydon Council (who own the woods) do not allow fires or barbeques. Their advice regarding fires and barbeques and social gatherings in Parks and Open Spaces can be found on the Croydon Council website.
